Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) is a public charitable trust registered under the Societies Registration Act and Bombay Public Trust Act. SVKM has always been committed to the cause of providing high quality education at various levels. After beginning its journey in the early 1930’s, SVKM has blossomed into an educational colossus that has attained national recognition in multiple streams of higher education.
About the college
Founded in 2003, SVKM’s Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Arts, Science and Commerce (UPG College) has grown from an inaugural class of 150 students into a thriving institution with 1,780 students. Affiliated with the University of Mumbai, UPG College offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Mass Media, Management, and Information Technology. Known for its progressive and researchoriented approach, the college embodies its motto, “Universe of Possibilities, ” by fostering a vibrant academic and cultural environment supported by excellent infrastructure, active placement initiatives, and holistic development opportunities for its students.

The Departments of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence at SVKM’s Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Arts, Science and Commerce offer Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Information Technology, along with a Master’s program in AI and Data Science. The departments are committed to nurturing students' technical and analytical skills through a well-rounded curriculum and hands-on learning experiences. Over the past decade, they have organised several initiatives, such as Techvanza, aimed at developing students’ competencies across various technological domains. Building on the success of previous national and international conferences, the departments’ annual International Conference on Emerging Trends in Digital Technologies (ICETDT) has become a prominent event that promotes research excellence and fosters a culture of innovation.

Submission Guidlines
All full-length papers must be limited to a maximum of six A4 pages and prepared in the IEEE format. Submitted papers will undergo a thorough review process. Selected and presented papers may be recommended for publication in peerreviewed journals, subject to the respective journal’s peer-review process and final editorial approval. Authors are required to submit a soft copy of their original and unpublished manuscript in the prescribed .docx format to icetdt2026@gmail.com , and also upload it through the conference submission link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICETDT2026/Submission/Index ICETDT-2026 strictly prohibits plagiarism and AI-generated content. All submissions will be screened for originality using Turnitin, and only papers with a similarity score below 10% will be considered for review. Authors are strongly advised to verify the originality of their papers before submission to ensure compliance with these standards.

Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author for presentation at the conference. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Only registered authors will receive certificates by default. Co-authors who wish to receive a conference certificate but are not registered as presenting authors may obtain a certificate by paying an additional fee of 500 per coauthor.
